Based on Don's proposal for a PMX-solution I suggest something like this
for M-Tx

Meter: 0/4/0/0
Flats: 1
Piano2: Voices RH1,RH2 LH1,LH2; Continuo; Clefs G F
Style: Singer Piano2

%% \let\husav\hu
%% \def\brvforhu{\def\hu##1{\zwq{##1}\let\hu\husav}}

U: @v-3 ~ ~ sannerligen,~du~ensam~{\"a}r
r8 a \brvforhu\ a2 f8 g \sk\caesura\bsk\ g4
%L: Ja sannerligen,~du~ensam~{\"a}r v{\"a}rd v{\aa}rt lov
L: Ja ~ v{\"a}rd v{\aa}rt lov
a4 a f rb e
c4 d d rb c
e4 f a rb g
a4- d d rb d

U: @v-3 ~ ~ sannerligen,~du~ensam~{\"a}r
r8 a \brvforhu\ a2 f8 g g4
%L: Ja sannerligen,~du~ensam~{\"a}r v{\"a}rd v{\aa}rt lov

Rz a4 d d rb d

The use of uptext for the lyrics below \zwq is a dirty workaround for
the problem that I d... can't get the musixlyr statement \llyr to work
properly with \zwq. Probably there is a solution for that too.
