The ftp.lilypond.org address is down. >|Packages for Red Hat Linux 7.x/i386 are available from Unfortunately, not. The binary requires a more recent version of guile and you haven't provided an src.rpm of lilypond. Providing updated guile rpms doesn't help if installing them breaks existing packages.
