Replacing  1 1 4 4 0 6 0 -1 by 1 1 4 2 4 2 0 -1  solves the problem

By the way, what is the most common symbol for a double not, have we to change the 
shape with:
\\\def\breve{\wq}\def\zbreve{\zwq}\
