The way to do what you want is basically the following:
\setname1{\circleit{3}\kern 12pt = G\raise3.5pt\hbox{\musicthirteen\char'64}}%
Feel free to adjust horizontal (here 0pt) or vertical (here 3.5pt) spacing. If you want a bigger sharp, substitue \musicthirteen with \musicsixteen.
