Thank you Don for your excellent proposition which learns me how to use the option W with grace notes. Now I understand the difference between the A and W options (before I didn't).

Don, you can see how I get the fancy "tr": I borrow the fonts of lilypond. I use to do the same for dynamics and the numbers of the meter, using for this last task the package mxfeta of Hiroaki Morimoto, which can be found here:
http://homepage1.nifty.com/kuuku/notation/mxfeta.tex
I think that the lilypond fonts are better in these cases, since fonts made specifically for music replace advantageously the cmr fonts.
