Dear Don,

The bug seems only to be due to a bad definition of the macro
\liftpausc. What do you think of this definition:

[EMAIL PROTECTED]@[EMAIL PROTECTED]@[EMAIL PROTECTED]@viii\internote [EMAIL PROTECTED]

I didn't make a lot of tests, but I observe that it corrects the bug
mentionned by Simon, and that the following M-Tx example is instructive
(compare with and without the new definition):

Style: Solo Solo Solo
Pages: 1
Systems: 1
Name: tiny small normal
Meter: 4/4
