I have noticed these problems also with some of Werner Icking's typesettings in the archive. It would be great if someone could reprocess his scores as well.
I am aware of that.
A few weeks ago Don Simons reprocessed the typesetting sources for J.S.Bach's cello suites (BWV 1007-1012) and got the pdf scores updated. I'll have to review all Werner's scores in order to identify those still requiring pdf updates. I'm afraid that'll take some time to accomplish.
