It seems upper beams miss a length of one pixel when then end: the
last stem seem to go up to only half the beam thickness:

I notice this problem both in my own .dvi, .ps, .pdf files,
and in some scores taken from the WIMA, even in MUSIXDOC.DVI
from the 1997 MusiXTeX distribution! (the problem is not new)
See example in ยง 2.6.4. p.32.

Is there a patch possible in MUSIXTEX.TEX, instead of redefining
\tqh#1#2 as in line#6 of my example?
