Morimoto-san, thank you very much for kind suggestion. I'll continue to learn how to use MusiXTeX and PMX (I've been reading the Japanese version of T. 98 while typesetting, so I think it's time to print the manual of the newest version:-)). I'll typeset the whole song I attached, and will upload it on my personal site later.
