Perhaps, you may create an instrument of 1 staff, as in the example (3
instruments of 1 staff)
\setsign2{+3} changes only instrument 2
But in instrument 1 there is no natural, perhaps that is the problem?

I used the same section to find a solution but I wasn't so successful as Andre.
But there remains the problem, that "\ignorenats" removes the naturals in all
staves. I would like to ask the TeX experts if there would be the possibility
to set a natural for the changed signature for one staff only.
