Dieter, it's more wonderful than you thought, because I couldn't reproduce the 
error. In my system, your PMX source breezed through on the first try, complete 
with line break and new movement at bar 37. 

I'm wondering where the error message came from. You didn't say. And I don't 
think it was from PMX because I searched the FORTRAN source code for "zero", 
"missing number", and "Missing number" and didn't find it. If you can't get 
this sorted out yourself, maybe you could post the TeX source (if you got that 
far).

Are you getting any closer to letting the rest of us check out your XML-to-PMX 
translator?
