pmx.tex defines

\def\sharpfig{\musixchar92}
\def\esharp#1{\roffset{.3}{\zcharnote{#1}{\sharpfig}}}

So it is simply a question of replacing 92 by the correct \musixchar for
the double sharp, which I think is 93.
