Perhaps a solution would be to create what imslp calls categories. An

Here the categories would be "typeset with MusiXTeX" or with PMX.
If you click on a work of my example of category, you will notice that it
has tags at the bottom of the page with this category and many others.
This makes the addition to the list in this category page automatic.
If the imslp admins accept to create new categories for the main
typesetting softwares (easy) the huge job will be to add the corresponding
tags to each page which has a score typeset with either software. Simple
imslp contributors like me may not add tags.
