When generating HTML from this file

----------------------
\documentclass{article}%
\usepackage{hyperref}
\begin{document}

\[%
\begin{tabular}[c]{|l|}\hline
\href{http://www.google.com}{web site}\\\hline
\end{tabular}
\]

\end{document}
----------------------

using the command

htlatex foo.tex

the generated HTML file has an image of the table, hence
the link is lost and one can't click on it. This is the html generated.

One can see that the table is a png image.

Is there a way to tell htlatex not to generate image
for the table so one can click on the links?
