Details:
With TeX Live 2024, I noticed that some of hyperref's internal cross
references became broken. This is a regression, but unfortunately I cannot
pinpoint when it broke (all I know is that it worked with TL 2021).
To reproduce, run "mk4ht xhlatex bug" for the attached MWE (bug.tex and
bugclass.cls). I also attach the log and the html output.
I am using tex4ht as of r72882 from the texlive repository.
