Follow-up Comment #5, bug #315 (project tex4ht):
The fix works for the MWE, but for my real document I get these warnings:

Also the generated html output is completely broken (wrong DOCTYPE, for
starters).
Both the warnings and the broken html already happen with the updated
longtable.4ht, whether I add the "-e build.lua" option or not.
(I tried creating another MWE that reproduces the problem, but so far I was
unable to isolate it.)
