Cavers - TCMA is in need of a real estate appraiser that can appraise a small property south of Austin sometime in the near future.
The real estate boom has folks backlogged for months and this is a relatively minor deal in the raw land space and we are struggling to get anyone's interest in the work. We're actively looking at firms 80+ miles away and our broker is working overtime to find someone with little success. Happy to pay going market rates etc, just need someone to engage.
