Thanks for your interest and continued support of Bracken. The resent good news 
that Stratford Land Company has dropped thier plans to purchase Crescent Hills 
from Brad Galo is giving BCI the opportuntiy to have serious talks with Mr. 
Galo about purchasing all 1500+ acres, but because of the current negotioations 
BCI cannot comment further. Once we have something that we can tal about I will 
let you know.

  Here is some good news: An article in this morning’s Austin American 
Statesman says Developer drops it’s plans to build homes by bat cave.  A 
developer called Stratford Land has backed out of a deal to buy and develop the 
land near Bracken Cave.  Perhaps someone from B.C.I. can comment on this?
