Unless something in the lamp catalyzes the decomposition of hydrogen peroxide, that would do no good. (Iron works well.) In any event, 3% hydrogen peroxide is probably too dilute to have much effect. Interesting idea, though. With an oxy-acetylene lamp you could cut through cave gates! ;-)
