I have copies of all the extant grotto constitutions that were archived on the
TSS files, including the UTG.

According to legend the U.T. Grotto does have a constitution Once upon a time
(the mid 70's), the N.S.S. sent out word throughout the land requesting
constitutions from all the kingdoms (N.S.S. affiliated grottos) and a copy was
magically produced as if out of thin air. Grotto lore says that the N.S.S copy
is the only one in existence as the others have been lost to time, but some
believe that the grand wizard (Gil Edigar) has a copy stashed away somewhere.
