Ok, 

I changed the recipe for the chili due to limited availability of venison.

Here we go (feeds about 15):
Half a chicken (create own chicken broth by boiling)
1 lb. of dry red kidney beans
3 cloves of garlic
1 jalapeno
1 tablespoon olive oil (yes, a cheat)
16 oz boiler onions
2 teaspoons chili powder
1 teaspoon cumin
dash of cayenne
29 oz stewed tomatoes (can use tomatillos instead, I could not find them)
2 ears of corn

It should be ready shortly...
