I have to agree with Carl, I'm not part of the UT facebook group and I'm not sure even how to join. However, I do enjoy the announcements of the UT Grotto on Texas Cavers and occasionally drive to Austin for a meeting when it will fit into my schedule.
Oh well, guess I'll have to get with the program. The logic of restricting such announcements from a widely monitored forum seems grossly counterproductive and illogical. Perhaps the second paragraph explains this apparent conundrum. ===Carl Kunath From: wesley s<mailto:mudmal...@hotmail.com> Sent: Tuesday, December 20, 2011 3:37 PM To: bmixon...@austin.rr.com<mailto:bmixon...@austin.rr.com> ; texascavers@texascavers.com<mailto:texascavers@texascavers.com> Subject: RE: [Texascavers] UT Grotto meeting Attention all cavetex perusers please make the transition to more recent social networking media if you wish to remain informed of the current social activites of the UT grotto and its members. Chances are good that the current and all subsequent officers of the organization will not exercise backward compatability in information disemination. You have been warned. Thank you. This public service announcement was generated by a non sanctioned social group member. It is unaffiliated with nor was it solicited by the actual UT Grotto. If they had been on here they would have responded themselves.
