Maybe you do not care where the office is located. That's fine.
Do you care if the NSS incurs an immediate multi million dollar debt -
buying an existing building that will need to be retrofit to meet the needs
of the office - or takes it slow - buying land, raising funds and waiting
to build until at least 75% of the funds needed have been raised?
