What is their definition of forest?  The Eurycea robusta type locality has lots 
of trees..... and it's for sale.  Could become a riverside park.

Cool grant for a city or non-profit that wants to acquire land that is at least 
75% forested for the purpose of conservation, etc. - wouldn't it be cool if the 
land also had a cave?
