We will be placing a future order, Bill, once I see how many returns I
get from a SIX year old mailing list.

If you haven't received a copy yet, sit tight.

Only 150 copies were initially ordered for ~170 members.

Why not have a meeting 1hr before the spring meeting, which is then immediately
adjourned? Simple...

Since the Winter Meeting has already been cancelled, a third meeting will be
discussed by the new Board at the Spring Business Meeting at the 2012 TSA
Spring Convention in Boerne, TX on March 30-April 1st, 2012.

Thanks,

Mark

That's all well and good, but the TSA Bylaws stipulate at least 3 membership
meetings per year. Given that there will be a TSA meeting at the Spring
Convention and in the Fall, when do the officers propose to hold another
meeting to comply with the Bylaws ?

Since the "winter" meeting was cancelled, and the by-laws were not changed to
reflect having only two meetings a year, there needs to be a third meeting for
2011 before there is a first meeting for 2012 to be right with the by-laws. I
haven't looked at the by-laws in while - do they state when the meetings must
take place?

As a reminder, when seeking grant funds, funders almost always ask for a copy
of the by-laws, and may ask for copies of the official meeting minutes to make
sure you are following the rules of your by-laws.

Since we've already had our three meetings for 2011, deciding when to
schedule another one for 2012 can be done at the Spring Convention

the way you think, Stefan!).

As you can see, no specific dates or venues are specified.
