We are pleased to announce that Dr. John Van Brahana will be our next
Distinguished Lecturer on Friday, March 2, 2012 at Southwest Research
Institute.  The presentation will start at 9 am and will run through 4 pm.
The title of the lecture will be Understanding Karst Challenges.  Van has
been working in hydrogeology for almost 50 years. He served for more than 28
years with the USGS and 21 years as a professor at the University of
Arkansas. He has a wide range of experience and contributed more than 70
peer-reviewed papers, book chapters and proceedings.  As part of his
lecture, he will include a one hour presentation on Scientific Ethics.

lecture is $20 and $10 for students and includes lunch and snacks. You must
