I knew Roger once. Back around 1985, he came to all the Aggie Grotto meetings.
He would tell us stories that inspired us like rappelling off the Pecos River bridge, which we later sort-of did. I used to invite him on all my caving trips when I lived in College Station during the mid-80's.
