The eye just broke up and turned southwest from the points I mentioned in the last e-mail just a few minutes ago.
Ciudad Valles is going to get wet, and it looks like Rio Verde too. The major storm cell appears to be heading for Ciudad Victoria, and passing just south of the Purificacion area, within the next 2 hours.
