For those that are interested Some recent info regarding Texas River Flow Rates.
Notice the high water flow on the upper Guadalupe 30,000 cfs and 20,000 on the Medina. Wish we could of had some of that water last summer http://waterdata.usgs.gov/tx/nwis/current/?type=flow
