**Texas Cavers one and all, We want to see your Cave Photos & Maps at the 2010 TSA Spring Convention in Cedar Park, TX on March 26th-28th, 2010!
Please refer to the following 2010 TSA Spring Convention site for more detailed submission requirements- Please consider entering this event. The Map & Photo Salon rules are posted on the TSA Spring Convention Website at http://www.cavetexas.org/events/TSASC/tsasc2010.html The* **4 photo categories** *are: *Print*, *Digital*, *Black & White*, and *Slide*. There are a lot of people out there taking pictures in caves, and we hope to see an increase in entries for this year's photo salon. We've tried to make the rules as simple and easy as possible. Don't be afraid to enter. Almost everybody has at least one really good shot. Please take the time to let us see yours! If you are a Texas caver and have drafted a map within the last year, even if the cave is not in Texas, please consider submitting your map. The *3 map categories* include: *Caves under 100 m*, *Caves over 100 m*, and *First-time Cartographer*. This is a good chance for new cavers on non-mappers to see what the pros do and for first-time cartographers to show off their newfound passions of mapping. Please note that all maps and photos need to be into the Salon booth by 10 a.m. on Saturday, March 27th. If you do not plan on being at the TSA convention, or cannot make it by 10am on Saturday, please email a digital copy of your map or photos (credits and captions required) to [email protected]. Great prizes, notoriety, and eternal fame await the winners. I know that there are some talented people out there because I have seen your stuff so lets see what you have been doing this past year.
