Here is a good example of how caves can come in all sorts of varieties.

Do you think the water coming out of the cave has any relation to the
proglacier lake above ?

Imagine if every caver just assumes the cave only goes a few hundred
meters, and then some newbie hiker on their 1st caving trip, comes
along and pushes it to the other side of the mountain ?

The cave appears to be about 300 miles north-northeast of Vancouver,
and 100 miles due east of the town of Prince George.
