You are a great volunteer and we all recognize and appreciate your efforts.
Great volunteers ask for help, which is what you are doing. I am sure our
caving community will provide an over-abundance of suggestions.

The hardest part of the job is location investigation.

So, what are some of the location criteria you are looking for. here is
some.

1. Location - Central Texas (not so far away from Houston or DFW or Permian
that the drive is onerous)
2. Camping Facilities - it would be nice if it were like a state park where
we have lots of designated camping spots, but we can make do with an acre or
two of flat mowed ground. Hopefully it wouldn't turn into a bog at a slight
rain. Functioning Bathrooms are better than renting Chem-toilets. Water for
drinking, cooking, cleaning.
3. Some type of building where we can do presentations. 30x40 with vaulted
ceiling, air-conditioned with the ability to black out windows. Chairs and
tables provided with facilities would be nice.

If you intend to make suggestions, please provide as much detail as you can,
such as exact location, name of the place, contact info for owner, manager
etc.
