You are a great volunteer and we all recognize and appreciate your efforts. Great volunteers ask for help, which is what you are doing. I am sure our caving community will provide an over-abundance of suggestions.
The hardest part of the job is location investigation. So, what are some of the location criteria you are looking for. here is some. 1. Location - Central Texas (not so far away from Houston or DFW or Permian that the drive is onerous) 2. Camping Facilities - it would be nice if it were like a state park where we have lots of designated camping spots, but we can make do with an acre or two of flat mowed ground. Hopefully it wouldn't turn into a bog at a slight rain. Functioning Bathrooms are better than renting Chem-toilets. Water for drinking, cooking, cleaning. 3. Some type of building where we can do presentations. 30x40 with vaulted ceiling, air-conditioned with the ability to black out windows. Chairs and tables provided with facilities would be nice.
