I imagine there will be one in all the major cities within a year or so. I wonder if this could bring back the drive-in movie?
My understanding is that they cannot have flashing items and they must keep the same photo for at least a minute. I saw it on the news and not sure if it was over the rules for our city or not. I am pretty sure it was on our local news.I was as usual heating up a cup of tea at the time. Quinta
