Since the holiday season is around the corner, and I am still unemployed, I figured I should look for one of those temporary holiday jobs?
Anybody have any ideas which ones would pay the most or be the most practical? I live about 15 miles away from 2 different malls, a Circuit City, a Best Buy, a Sam's Club, Whole Earth Foods, Target, Home Depot, Lowes, etc. But the traffic is heavy with lots of stop lights, so it takes 30 minutes or longer to get to these places. What do they usually pay those kind of workers? $ 10 an hour? I have no idea? My wife subtly mentioned throwing me out, but she was yelling so loud in Spanish that I am not really sure what she was saying. A CVS pharmacy just 4 miles away is going 24 hours and and looking for people to work 11 pm to 7 am. Does that sound like fun? I need something that will not conflict with a class I am taking at the community college. I hope to have my Associates Degree in Spanish in 7 weeks.
