September 20th in Albuquerque. All of the SWR cavers are invited.
We need to know who's coming, and to receive the $40 registration fee by
Monday, September 1st. That's the Monday of the Labor Day SWR.

We have a deposit on the facilities at the National Atomic Museum (1905
Mountain Road NW, Albuquerque, 87104)
The event will be catered. We need an accurate head count.
John Corcoran is the evening speaker.
Sandia Grotto has saved $900 over the last three years for the event.
There will be door prizes and a silent auction is planned.
The goblets already purchased are much nicer than those at Conventions.
However, if we do not have 50 people committed to joining us for the evening by
September 1st, we will need to drop the facility (and loose the deposit).
Please join us, we are planning a really nice evening.
