There are a couple of new models of gasoline-powered hammer drills available: <http://www.loink.com/product/1078/25>. These are pricey, and not as useful as they once were now that there are better battery-powered drills available. Given the problem with exhaust fumes, they would only be useful on the surface or in strongly drafting passages.
