David,
   I was wondering why it is that time of year to renew this debate?

I thought this discussion was on a bi-yearly basis....

This office was not notified of any changes to that discussions time
table...

I looked at my off topic discussion list and it clearly says that May 12th
week off topic is to be about hang gliders.
