What a frickin awesome campground to hold TCR !!

It was very scenic, very shady, with a nice river
for doing all sorts of things, like kayaking and
swimming.

It was private and off-the-beaten path.

There were no city lights to dim the stars,
the mosquitos were controllable.

It had a nice restroom, and plenty of porto-potties.

It had rappelling and ridgewalking and rock-climbing,
and plenty of trees to rig a climbing rope.

And it was very convenient to a large number of cavers
in the Bexar County area.

There were cliff-diving opportunities, and inner-tubing,
and fishing.

There was scenic driving to do in the area.

And it was open Thursday night.

And we could come and go as we pleased.

I give this place 5 stars out of 5, and highly recommend
that future caving events be held there, unless it is not
available. We should try to reserve it years in advance.

Also,

It was with a reasonable distance of other activities,
that might be of interest to people from far away,
like SeaWorld, Lake Medina, and Cascade Caverns,
the RiverWalk, etc.

Did I leave out anything?

Whoever chose this site and was responsible for making
it happen, deserves a "web-standing ovation."
