Sounds like a TSA auction item to me!

Lost and Found:
While cleaning and shutting down the Deep and Punkin cabin this
weekend, someone found an unusual item under one of the bunks. No
one at the cabin could positively identify the item and we couldn’t
tell what it was used for. However, we do want to return it to its
rightful owner.
The item is intricately sewn, black in color, and made of an
elastic material. One part forms a band of fabric with four black
metal hooks on one end and three rows of black metal loops at the
other end of the band. These appear to hook together to form a
continuous loop. Sewn onto the band are two rather large black
pockets. Each pocket could hold a medium size cantaloupe and is
certainly too large for your standard fuzzy peach but and to small
for a pineapple.
There is a set of straps that are sewn into the top of the pockets
that circles back and connects into the band of black elastic
material. There is a small tag which reads Lunaire 36DD.
We speculate that it may be the elastic components of a double
barrel slingshot or possibly a shipping container for fragile
fruit. May be the straps are nailed onto the edges of a shipping
crate and prevents the fruit from bouncing around and being
bruised. If you have any thoughts on what this device might be, I
would appreciate your input. This might help us find the owners.
If you would like to claim this item, please email me on line.
Otherwise, we can bring it to the spring TSA for inclusion in the
TCMA auction.
