As a reminder, this Sunday, 8 March, is the Ezells Cave regating project. We need volunteers to set up, carry equipment and steel, lift things, and help clean up afterwards. Wear work boots, and work clothes, bring work gloves. Beverages and snacks will be provided, as will dinner afterwards for volunteers. Dress appropriately, we will be working even if it rains a little. We plan to start at 8 am and work until the gate is finished. Contact Preserve Manager Ron Ralph and please CC me if you plan to attend. The address is 1500 Brown Street, San Marcos, Texas. If we have extra people, Ron has some tree cutting and limb lopping work that also needs done. There will also be an opportunity for volunteers to take a quick trip into the cave after the work is finished.
