The registration fess will be $18.00 for single, $45.00 for family and $10 child 12-16. The meal will be a catered BBQ feed with a choice of beef and/or chicken and enough extra non-meat sides to take care of the vegetarians.
Server volunteers are needed for the time necessary to dole out the catered Saturday evening meal. Serving utensils will be provided by the caterer, but don't forget to bring your own plates, silverware, and drinking cups. If you are willing to help serve, please e-mail or text me directly.
