There are numerous shelter caves with pictographs on several properties in that entire area. The Rock Art Foundation has created and preserved landowner relations to make tours available to RAF members.

I believe the cave location shown is incorrect. I think the caves are on the Pecos river a little east of Langtry, but I could be wrong.
