Interesting point. The Federal Fish hatchery in Uvalde had to shut down. But they in reality can't because there has to be someone to feed and take care of all the fish. A conundrum for sure. My friend there kept working because she couldn't not deal with turning off all the systems. There are a few hundred thousand fish.
