You need to know that the people you contact actually have the proper
information. That's no doubt not always obvious, but in this case, the
UT Grotto has been around for decades, and William Russell was a
long-term member, so it seems like a no-brainer to contact someone
there.

versus the name of the preserve. The article twice stated that the
original name of the cave system was the Blowing Sink Research
Management Area. He meant, of course, that that was the original
name of the preserve.
