Charlie, just an FYI, when you CC so many people on an email to texascavers.com, it flags it as possible spam, and while I try to catch them and allow, it's possible I'll miss a message (we get over 100 spam a week and I have to process them manually).
If you want to make sure your email gets through, send it without all of the other people in the To: list If you want to do it all as one email, try to add everyone to the bcc: list except for the one to the mailing list, I think that would work.
