This is being done for fun on the honor system and this ballot is not a legal document. 

Deadline for return of email ballot is 11:59 pm May 2, 2021
Please send your choice by email to me (skin...@thuntek.net) only, with your name, and 
not to a list.

Instead of a returned ballot, you can just state your name and entry choice.

ONLY ONE CHOICE PER PERSON and ONE BALLOT PER PERSON.

Ballots with more than one name will be marked as void.
If there are any unknown or suspicious names received, I will send a list of these to the lists for verification.  If still unknown by anyone, these ballots will be removed. 

Duplicate ballots from the same person will not be accepted.
If anyone requests an audit of the tally, I will be glad to share.  Secrecy therefore 
is not guaranteed.

Instead of a returned ballot, you can just state your name and choice.
There are no awards or prizes, but the name of the person who submitted the winning plural noun for cavers will be announced as soon as the tally is completed and any 
ballot problems (if any) resolved.
The winning noun, the winner, and the vote count for all entries will be announced 
around May 4.
