Just set the default Chinese font for macOS:

Hope that it can be included in GNU TeXmacs v1.99.18 or the next.
If there are any Korea or Japanese TeXmacs users in this mail list, comment on
the mail list what's the corresponding default font and I'd like to fix the
same issues.
