Dear all, we decided to give a more concrete structure to the random gatherings of a small group of people interested in the development of TeXmacs we initiated this weekend thanks to some suggestions of Basile.
I've created a small webpage here https://texmacs.github.io/notes/docs/jolly-coders.html to record the activities of the group which for the moment we decided to call "Jolly coders". :) The recordings of the meetings and the Zoom link are not diffused publicly due to privacy and safety concerns.
