Dear all,

AFAIU gnutls is statically linked into the Mac binary. That Apple provides no
gnutls should not matter.

I wonder if your colleague was on an Intel Mac or used the universal binary for
Qt5?

I have tried various images and the Qt5 universal image does not have GnuTLS
statically linked into (thus, you get a 'GnuTLS not found' error).

The Apple silicon ones for Qt5 and Qt6 have it statically linked in. Same for
the qt6 universal binary. IMHO it is a build error for some of the binaries.

Yours,

Ingolf
