Today, I've committed a change which takes the category name from the system message 'coll-exclusion_category_title': http://svn.wikimedia.org/viewvc/mediawiki?view=rev&revision=43673 The other strings that are now adjustable, are the name of the template blacklist ('coll-template_blacklist_title') and the prefix for print templates ('coll-print_template_prefix').
